Some Major Milestones and hurdles faced and achieved

Lube oil leakage from the cooler which was arrested in 3 hours by bypassing the lube oil circulation line through a external cooler system and the gasket packing was replaced.
CHP plant breakdown
(Uttam Galva Mettalics Ltd.) Site :40 TPH CFBC Boiler
The loader pulley was broken in the crucial hours, the coal hopper was just 35% filled the took complete CHP shut down by unloading the coal from the conveyor and the pulley was replaced.
WHRB boiler tripped
15 MW WHRB Boiler and power plant
Lube oil circulation pump failed suddenly due to which the thrust bearing worn out the same was arrested in a span of single shift and a standby turbo blower was started without hitting the production at the blast furnace.
Incident at turbo blower -2

As blast furnace trip due to electrical fault, the immediately the team came in action and by passed the steam line from WHRB boiler to CFBC boiler to maintain the inertia of the turbine in the meanwhile the load was immediately reduced to maintain the equilibrium.
